It is a region rich in tourist attractions, including cultural sites, museums, literary and naturalistic parks, with adrenaline-filled tourism circuits. And, again, sea and coasts, wines and flavors, villages and cities, colors and scents, unique riches inviting people to discover them. The site “I Sassi e il Parco delle Chiese rupestri” is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1993 and is composed of the ancient agglomeration of the suggestive city of Matera and the Park of the Rupestrian Churches, which rise in the natural cavities of the Murge. The Pollino Park (which, with its 192 thousand hectares is the largest national park in Italy), has obtained the UNESCO award in 2015.
